Returns

• To start a return, click here to access our return portal. The portal will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

• We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
• To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  
• Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@eltenaj.com, and we’ll make it right.
  

Non-Returnable Items

• We cannot accept returns on custom orders, personalized items, beauty products, jewelry, handbags, accessories, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  
• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
  

Exchanges

• The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days via email.

What is Checkout+?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
